1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on Reaverlab are digital goods (software licenses, product keys, digital files). Upon successful payment verification and approval by our admin team, you will receive immediate access to the purchased product(s) through your dashboard. Since our products are digital and instantly deliverable, all sales are considered final.

2. Payment & Verification

We exclusively accept QRIS as our payment method. After placing an order, you are required to upload a valid payment proof (screenshot or PDF). Our admin team will manually verify your payment. Once verified and approved, your product key or file will be assigned and made available in your dashboard.

• Orders without payment proof will remain in Pending status.
• Fraudulent or invalid payment proofs will result in order rejection.
• Payment verification may take up to 24 hours during peak times.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered once a product key or file has been delivered. However, we may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

• The product key or file is defective and we cannot provide a replacement.
• A duplicate or incorrect product was delivered due to a system error.
• The request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase via our official support channels.

4. Product Usage & Responsibility

By purchasing a product from Reaverlab, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have verified your system meets the product's compatibility requirements before purchase.
• Reaverlab is not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or damages arising from misuse of the purchased product in third-party environments.
• Each license is non-transferable — you may not redistribute, resell, or share your product keys with others.
• All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
